Power usage is one of the main challenges for data center users. By some estimates 2% of all power in the United States is being consumed by data centers and a significant amount of this energy goes toward cooling the data center facility. The CR-ERA™ is an indoor evaporative solution for data centers. The CR-ERA™ has been specifically designed for the higher cold aisle temperatures being applied in many hyperscale data centers and recommended by ASHRAE. Applying this technology can dramatically reduce the overall power usage and other operational costs to the owner.
