Cutting Energy Bills in Data Centers

Show all

As more and more companies seek to take advantage of the increased temperature window for data centers, put out by ASHRAE TC 9.9 last year, they are looking to integrate energy efficient cooling options into their existing and new data centers.

One solution that has become increasingly popular amongst data centers is the indirect-direct method of evaporative cooling. In order to help companies with applying this compressor free technology, United Metal Products developed The Design Assist Program for Indirect-Direct Evaporative Cooling to Data Centers.  This four step program allows end users to work directly with the leading manufacturer and designer of indirect direct cooling to develop a customized solution for their data center that can help lower the OPEX.
